Manage the helpdesk team and evaluate performance
Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
Train and support helpdesk support and officer
Set and meet specific customer service standards
Develop regular reports on helpdesk team’s productivity and service quality
Propose, define, deploy and optimize helpdesk practice and solutions
Ensure IT projects implementation successful
Align security protection according to Group Security Policy
Ensure IT Infrastructure availability and performance
Assist IT Head to manage IT budget

경력 및 자격요건
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of IT working experience with at least 3 years of Services/Operations/Project Management experience in IT.
- Experience in retail/FMCG background a plus
- Experience and good knowledge in service delivery management, LAN, WAN, Email, Unified communications, Tele and Data communications and Networks
- Windows Client / Servers, Apple iDevices, Hardware technologies
• Network TCPIP, Routers, Switches, Wide-Area Network, MPLS, IPSec, VPN, WAN acceleration, VoIP, QoS, Meraki SDWAN solution, Active Directory, SCCM, Office365, OneDrive, Private/Public/Hybrid Cloud Computing, Skype for Business
• Security Protection : Firewall, Proxy, Anti-APT, Anti-Malware, Phishing, Scamming
• Internet technologies : SMTP, DNS
• Computer room operation : environmental protection and setup, racking design and setup
- Solid knowledge of information technology system management (ITSM) principles and practices:
• Working experience with ITSM/ITIL as IT operator
- Professional certifications:
• Windows (MCSE/MCITP), ITIL Certification
