A - Premises Management
• Manage and maintain office layout change / expansion / move based on maison head count growth
• Ensure communication & service levels, administration policies and operation workflow & process at office reception & general office are up to expectations
• Manages, documents and supervises ad-hoc requests for new, repair & maintenance services and ensures standards are up to expectations
B - Office Security Administration
• Central person to liaise with building management on fire drills and evacuation
• Responsible for the general upkeep & maintenance of the office & pantry, including high dusting, carpet shampooing, pest control jobs
• Supervises cleaning contractor(s) for various locations and ensures the cleanliness standards are at the required expectations
C – Administrative Duties
• Responsible for the validation of vendor activities & invoices, ensure timely issuance of SAP PO for general procurement & office CAPEX with regular monitoring of general expense budget
• Manage corporate contract in expat. housing, mobile phones, and property/guarantee insurance.
• Manage employees’ congratulatory and condolence communications
• Administrator to the Richemont office systems & office equipment. List of systems, equipment & services includes:
D - Projects
• Take charge of office construction projects
• Coordinate BOS projects and process improvements
• Support ad-hoc tasks & special assignments/projects assigned by Real Estate Director
E - Team Management
• Manage and develop office admin and receptionists’ job and procedure.
경력 및 자격요건
- 4 years college degree
- Over 4 years of functional experience in a similar management position with an international company
SKILLS
- Developed organisational skills, familiar with project management
- Advanced team leadership and interpersonal skills to deal with all level of people
- Excellent communication, developed presentation skills, fluent written and spoken English

- Independent, mature and self-motivated, demonstrating a proactive and “can-do” attitude
- Capacity to deal with deadlines, analytical and detail-minded but with good global view
Highly agile and able to deal with ambiguity
