  • 1) Retail Operation/ Boutique Projects Support (70%)
    - Ensure roll out of key Maison retail projects: Omni-channel, KRONOS, RDV, Ipad & Iphone, Gemini KUT, e-card, MyPOS…
    - Be the warrant of change management, launch, implementation, and adoption. Be both the voice of the market to escalate needs, specificities and the voice of the Maison (HQ, region) when it comes to the coordinate the roll out in the market (accountability)
    - Ensure company’s operations policies, sales terms & conditions are compliant in the boutiques
    - Be warrant of the boutique procedures (inventory, administration,), identify improvement area, plan and implement the solutions
    - Participate in controlling strict application of boutique safety & security measures
    - Develop & enforce boutique operational tools, especially related to floor efficiency and back office functions
    - Identify the operational improvement area, plan and implement the solutions
    - Keep track of expenses relating to boutiques or staff by verifying invoices. For example: repair and maintenance, uniform, monthly expenses, PLVs.
    - Escalate to line Manager for matters needing attention or decision making
    - Regular boutique visits to find the needs, enhance the floor operations
    2) Customer Service (30%)
    - Monitor the after-sales activity and follow up Monthly CS KPI
    - Lead the coordination with Richemont CS team and platforms and VCA Regional CS to ensure the high quality of after sales service and client satisfaction
    - Provide Support to boutiques for handling CS tools and relevant training
    - Ensure that policies defined by Maison are explained, understood and applied in the boutiques
    - Follow up on repair and quality issues, escalate sensitive CS client cases to Retail Manager
    - Lead with VCA Regional CS the planning and roll-out of CS projects (like Pick Up & Delivery, quick chain resizing flow)
  • / 경력 및 자격요건
  • - University graduate
    - Experience: at least 8-10 years of experience in luxury retail or equivalent
    - Good English communication skill
    - Proficiency with MS office software incl. Excel and PowerPoint and other retail program incl. SAP
    - Team management experience
    - A team player with service mind-set
