1) Retail Operation/ Boutique Projects Support (60%)
- Actively support to roll-out all Retail Operation/Boutique Projects (KRONOS, RDV, RFID, e-Card, My POS, Traffic Counting, SAP)
- Support BTQ/Maison implementation of project incl. a local market test, a vendor searching, preparation and conducting in-BTQ training, collecting feedback from BTQs and sharing the best practice
- Monitoring of all projects implemented (Usage analysis, develop action plan to promote) and make sure the update or maintain the new process/guideline of projects shared with BTQs & Maison
- Share feedback and suggestion of modification based on the local needs and local environmental situation to local and Regional Retail Manager
- Build new operational process if needed for the implementation of new projects
2) Customer Service (40%)
- Support the adaption of CS tools in the boutiques
- Support with roll out and provide the feedback on CS projects (such as pick up & delivery) and tools
- Provide support to boutiques on daily CS inquiries, issues and liaise with Richemont CS and/or VCA
- Regional CS team for support as needed to resolve the issue.
- Regular meeting w/Regional CS team, Richemont CS to share best practices, local status and so on
경력 및 자격요건
- University graduate
- Experience: at least 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or equivalent
- Proficiency with MS office software incl. Excel and PowerPoint and other retail program incl. SAP
- A team player with service mind-set
- Good English communication skill
