1) Merchandising
- Drive business and brand results with product execution, as well as the inventory manage in both retail and outlet.
- Guide stores to follow in-season global strategies and activities.
- Allocate newness and replenish carry over items by co-working with logistics and stores.
- Monitoring KPI(ST%, DC%, MOS, AUR etc.), planning event & promotions.
- In charge of the shipping planning & customs clearance and communication with HQ to ensure the launch plan and proper stock levels.
2) Inventory Control
- Oversee stock situation whether products are replenished well.
- Monitor sales performance to manage appropriate stock transfer between stores for re-balancing.
- Coordinate and arrange the intercountry stock transfer by RMM's instruction or local requirements.
3) Buying
- Project seasonal sales and buying, provide collection feedback.
- Prepare and place monthly reorders for classic items.
- Check the new price list and compare with the system and previous season.
4) Commercial Follow-up
- Promotional event sale plan management.
- Analyze sales, stock, competitors…etc.
- Price adjustment and stock allocation on the POS system(Cegid)
- Manage quality issue and communicate with HQ by co-working with retail team.
- Assist seasonal product training for sales staffs
경력 및 자격요건
• B.A Degree holder
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MD, Planning or SCM position
• Prior experience in luxury or consumer goods preferred
• Professional command of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills and well-organized communication skill
• Highly advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good understanding in luxury fashion industry as well as local market trend
