- To Allocate right product at right place and right timing in line with Global brand strategy
- Responsible for the dedicated product category, Sales channel
- Distributes merchandise to stores at style | color | size | fit | price level based on business trends
- Conduct in depth style, color, size, fit and price level selling analysis regularly for optimum product
performance.
- Monitor the sales progress and handle the transfer between stores to boost up the sales
- Monitor and analyze the merchandising KPIs (Sales, Inventory, sell thru etc )
- Re-allocates product as necessary based on shifting business trends related to business objectives.
- Communicates directly with stores regarding consumer needs, special orders, and stock inquiries.
- Monitor exceptions on merchandise inventory stock levels and recommends necessary adjustments.
- Support buying preparation for seasonal sales detail and buying plan.
- Follow up the order processing and delivery
- To handle initial allocation and replenishment orders for all stores
- Ensures proactive analysis and information of backorders and delivery issues.
Repair parts management
To process purchase order for repair material

Store Project
To set proper stock quantity for new opening stores

Merchandise Follow-up
- Season Review : regular reports on product or customers, market or competitor
- To review sales and sell-thru analyses and propose action plans if necessary

Product Return and defect issues
- Regular return as per product lifecycle and reallocate stock at relevant channel
- Instruction about defect issue and management
- Scrapping management

1. Experience: At least 4 -6 years' merchandising experience in fashion retail
Internet Retail and DFS channel experience are preferred
2. Education: university graduate
3. Skills:
* Native Korean and fluent in English, other languages a plus
* Excellence in MS Office ( Excel and PPT )
* Communication skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
* SAP experience will be preferred
