- Develop and take full responsible for KPIs related to operation performance
- Manage the full implementation of B2C services to achieve the commercial targets
- Manage 3PL and delivery partners to provide quality service and agreed KPIs
- Oversee facility and account manager at the 3PL and closely interface with the eCommerce team.
- Managing and developing forecasts on volume, seasonality, and commercial event to prevent any capacity and materials shortage issues regarding 3PL
- Managing and developing technical functions by collaborating with the related department in local/region/HQ
- Improve the current system and implement a new system that helps increase operational efficiency, OMS, WMS,BI systems
- Manage payment gateway and monitor service level to provide the best payment experience to local customers.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth process of payment, order fulfillment, packaging, delivery and after-service.
- Work closely with Client Services Center to support any customer requests
- Regular reports on KPIs, stock availability, sales, and customer to identify opportunities
- Reported by 2 members of operation and show strong leadership skills to build a strong performing team.

- BA/BS degree with Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, Technology, Operations, or related experience
- Fashion/retail/luxury brand background is an advantage
- Over 10 years of experience in e-Commerce and operations with a sound working knowledge of material handling procedures and related systems (WMS, POS, OMS)
- Strong Comprehensive knowledge of E-business and related matters
- Strong Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operation function and inventory, experience with 3PL management is preferred
- Knowledge and experience of payment gateway service and mobile payment is preferred
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products including MS Word and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong management experience, analytical skill, and process management
- Ability to work in a complex and multicultural environment
- Able to communicate both in Korean and English
- Commercial acumen to drive sales
- Leadership and coaching skills to manage a team
