- Book keeping of day-to-day business transactions accurately and timely
- Assisting the Accounting Manager in monthly account closing
- Supporting the Accounting Manager in preparing documents and analyses required for the external audits
- Manage Sales cut-off and reconcile AR accounts
- Credit control especially for F&B channel (including collaterals and payment guarantee insurance)
- Calculate bad debt provision
- Taking care of accounts receivable and DSO
- Manage Insurance expense
- Assist in preparing Balance sheet review report
- Reconciliation of BS accounts between general ledgers and supporting details
- Manage contract safe keeping
- VAT declaration
- Supporting financial controller & accounting manager on ad hoc reports and analyses
- Participation in a variety of special projects and process improvement activities

- BA/BS in business with an emphasis in accounting, CPA preferred
- 5+ years of work experience in accounting & finance field, preferably in consumer/retail industry
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
- Good command of English as well as Korean
- Familiarity with Duzon is strongly preferred
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Effective communicator with strong analytical skills
