This position will be responsible for underwriting new and/or reinstated insurance applications by evaluating and assessing risks appropriately

담당업무 :
Underwriting of multiple product lines (80%)
Evaluate risks with pre-established Underwriting guidelines within individual UW Authority and make decisions on new/belated disclosure/pre-underwriting/reinstatement contracts.
Apply appropriate risk levels using guides for stable profit creation of the company
Examine and reply on the cases with a breach of duty of disclosure when related teams request for Re-underwriting opinions
Manage and maintain underwriting-related documents
New Underwriting Model Development for Co's initiative support (10%)
Support the new initiative project (DDUW/ Pre-underwriting etc) using by his(or her) underwriting experience and knowledge

Communicating with Sales Channel (10%)
Respectfully and efficiently response to the questions from Sales Channel via telephone or email with responsibility.
Deliver and explain underwriting results (especially for decline/postpone/loading/exclusion contracts) as quickly and accurately as possible
Others
Carry out all sorts of duties and works asked from the managers for the team operation in a timely manner

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Good understanding of insurance industry
Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills Continuous learning and self-motivated person
