Public Relations and Press Office Management:
• Lead brand and corporate communications strategies - delivered through specific territory lens
• Drive proactive media outreach in line with Global and/or Geographic strategy
• Generate relevant and positive coverage with deeper stories and greater impact
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with luxury, lifestyle & fashion, design, business media across, print, digital & broadcast platforms, plus consumer driven media where appropriate
• Drive Corp Communications stories to relevant media in territory
• Provide communications counsel to territory management
• Manage local communications initiatives and media activities
• Drive Loro Piana’s main brand stories and support category seasonal campaigns and commercial priorities through innovation, craftsmanship and quality lens
• Ensure prompt communication of territory issues to geography/ global
• Provide territory perspective and input to geography/ global to help shape overall brand and category communications strategy and materials
• Content creation only where relevant and unique to territory {otherwise should be driven globally}
• Collect and evaluate coverage results and provide to geography/ global a seasonal analysis
Event Management:
• Work with geography director/global to conceive, plan and executive local PR events such as press presentations, collection presentations, store openings, product launches, brand exhibitions
• Define and work towards clear KPI’s
• Lead and manage local media during international press trips, follow up and ensure appropriate coverage
Celebrities and Influencers Management:
• Define and engage local influencers and celebrities in a product placement/ambassadorship long term qualitative program to enhance brand desirability
• Position Loro Piana as the go-to, top of mind destination for celebrities and fashion stylists for the luxury casual wear segment
Budget Management:
• Manage working budget effectively to ensure on-budget execution
• Work with geography director/global on budgeting and reporting
경력 및 자격요건
7+ years professional experience in public relations/ communications in a global environment
• Demonstrable track record within the communications field with a high profile, globally branded organization, with a focus on PR and events management
• Established network of press, editors, influencers, media agencies, etc is a must
• Strong understanding of the digital landscape
• Successful experience in a senior level management position with proven ability to provide direction and leadership to others is preferred
• Good leadership skills
• Good project management skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment, successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver under pressure
• Availability and flexibility a plus
• Business awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs
• Excellent communication skills, bilingual English preferred
