1) Retail Strategy
• Support ARD (Associate Retail Director) in process of defining Retail strategy and participate in general procedures with relevant cross departments
• Lead focus groups to ensure Retail excellence in activities required in business
• Analyze and set adequate protocols to maximize performances related to Retail Business
• Ensure all Retail activities will lead to achieve Budget/FC1 ambitions and targets
• Monitor/manage general productivity and efficiency in Sales per FTE, Sales per SQM with strong correlation with HR and Finance department
• Monitor productivity & ROI resulting in all Retail activities
• Analyze data and find relevant findings to adjust processes in both store and office functions that impact stores directly
• Review activities that need improvement/development and proactively create efficient procedures and guidelines
2) Retail Excellence
• Ensure Retail Basic Tools and WW Tools are implemented and support relevant teams to manage consistently
• Support to ensure high MTT percentage is maintained in the store and find ways to improve if needed
• Review and support team to bring efficiency in store organizations and store management
• Support WW Projects to seamlessly roll out with minimum negative impact and long-last productivity
• Support ARD and RPE Team cascade Retail Initiatives and ensure it is executed
• Support and lead to maintain excellent service in store with key KPIs in mind: RED and NPS
• Proactively cooperate with Retail Training and Consumer Management team to create effective ways to elevate customer in store experience
• Suggest ideas and support ARD to improve quality and excellence in all Retail related sectors

• Minimum 7 years of luxury fashion retail management experience with a focus on leading a m ulticultural team
• Strategic thinking and agility to improvise
• Commercial awareness and retail business acumen
• Excellent comprehensive skills to manage set precedent
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and self-management in ambiguities
• Ability to brain-storm and find different approaches and suggest ideas
• Ability to follow and support change management
