Reporting to the General Manager Korea, to assist on
• Planning and executing CRM strategies to recruit new customers, retain existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, expanding brand value, and optimising sales KPIs
• Ensuring the CRM plans and activities are met with HQ strategies and timeline
• Analyzing internal / external reports to understand client behavior, identify opportunities, and provide client insights in order to deliver relevant CRM actions
Main Responsibilities:
Client Engagement
• Develop and initiate CRM activities to boost sales and support business strategy (i.e. calling actions, specific action plans)
• Responsible for omnichannel client journeys especially playing a critical role in developing digital touchpoints
• Work closely with store team to ensure all client engagement actions are taken on time and within the guideline
• Run CRM challenges while motivating teams with data support and progress updates
• Manage client gifting for major festivals, clients’ b-day, significant life event celebration
• KIT (client contact tool) management
Data Mining
• Understand clients’ behavior including lifestyle, preferences, and purchase habit
• Based on clients behavior analysis, identify opportunities and provide client insights that can be interpreted into actions
• Prepare regular CRM reports for GM, stores and HQ
CRM / Brand Events
• Plan and execute CRM events including client treatment plans
• Vendor selection and management
• Carefully select target clients and invite them to events working with retail team
• Logistics arrangement
• Develop and produce event tools and gifts based on HQ guideline
• Post-event report
Budget
• Keep track on the budget and accrual list
• Settle payments
• General administration and recordkeeping of relevant files and folders
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• 7+ years of relevant experiences in Clienteling, Hospitality, Retail, or Digital
• Initiating Action: Responds quickly; Takes independent action not waiting for others to act; Achieve goals beyond what is required
• Strong analytical skill: Data-driven, creating insights from data, relevant working knowledge
• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with key stakeholders, especially with retail team
• Strong problem-solving skill and ability to find innovative solutions with creative mindset
• Maintain sense of urgency toward desired results
• Self-motivated and independent but also good team player
• Good command of Korean and English (both spoken and written)
• Interest and knowledge in digital
