[Sales Promotion]
-Responsible for planning and execution of store/customer events, direct marketing, area promotion, catalog/direct mailing programs and other sales promotion activities to drive sales and traffic
-Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness and future promotions
-Manage and continue to improve the process for execution of sales promotion with strategic business partners such as Field/Stores, CRM, Merchandising and Customer Development and outside vendors to achieve maximum performance
-Execute digital media campaign to activate e.Com site
[Client Development]
-Drive a strong clienteling culture and build skills in stores. Partner with Training and Retail to sustain mindset; reinforce thru Store Managers and on-going team coaching.
-Maximize in-store customer data collection and drive enhancements to the in-store digital clienteling platform and roll out changes to the network in close partnership with IT and Retail Operations
-Lead retail customer initiatives (Top/Loyal Customer Promotion and Engagement Program) and partner cross-functionally to cultivate omni-channel clienteling efforts in retail sales team
-Drive global and local initiatives to get to know our best customers at every level and nurture both existing top customers and new high potential customers
-Optimize local deployment of top loyal customers treatments (Gifting, Anniversaries)
-Manage reporting against key client development KPIs (i.e., top and new high potential client retention and sales growth, performance of key initiatives)
-Generate regular CRM report for data driven client journey approach
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years customer engagement/development experience in Owned & Operated Brand Retail, Luxury Brand, and Hotel industries
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and come up with new ideas and suggestions from these results
- Ability to implement strategies, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees
- Strong organizational/collaboration skills and ability to multi-task projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment with shifting priorities
- Working with a global team may mean occasional early or late meetings
