Project Management
- Responsible for executing construction and installation related to exhibition and project in collaboration with relevant HQ teams
- Ensure that project progress and coordinate internal input to exhibition and projects within exhibition team and other relevant parties
- Execute budget and resources for construction, installation and maintenance
- Manage contractor on-site, schedule the work items in liaison with HQ/internal teams
- Responsible for pieces logistics domestically/internationally to schedule and oversee the transportation
- Produce and create catalogues
- Assist culture & corporate communication manager in communication planning and project activation with related local partners and HQ teams
- Work in close with PR and event agencies for regular information sharing and execution
- Work in close with High-end Business team and Event & Client Engagement team

Reports
- Conduct report on outcomes
- Monitor and research market, identify project opportunities and generate interest
Manage Exhibition related resources
- Stock management which includes, book, POSM, gifts, etc.
- Responsible for SAP follow ups (PO/Non PO, reclass, vendor creations, etc)
- Manage LGSM for stocks and logistic exchanges

- At least +5 year related experience in luxury and/or art industry (Museum/gallery field experience is a plus)
- Understanding on art and cultural scene
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Positive attitude & logical thinking
- Fluent in both Korean & English
- Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Entrepreneurial with a can-do spirit, innovative and team oriented
