Visions & Roadmap
• Support defining a CRM vision and roadmap
• Define and drive the omni-channel client experience that drives frictionless end-to-end consumer journey through different technologies
• Assist the customer facing functions with the transformation of customer processes and technologies, in domains such as sales, marketing, and customer service
Capabilities
• Manage CRM systems and launch new capabilities or enhancements for Korea including requirements gathering, translation of requirements into workable CRM solution specification, in collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g. Kakao integration)
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and refine product mix across existing retail toolset and communicate with global/regional team to inform any major changes in the local market that can impact the process, system, or global roadmap
Program Management
• Drive effective and innovative delivery of client experience via Digital CRM including big data, data insights, automation tools, AI, etc)
• Manage new releases and efficiently roll out new features
• Deploy and deliver campaigns and capabilities needed to achieve our overall omnichannel strategy and commercial objectives
경력 및 자격요건
• 10+ years professional experience in client segmentation, CRM system development/integration, CRM campaign management, and data analysis
• Including 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management and/or product development of software-based solutions. Proficient understanding of the software development cycle (designing and delivering software implementation in complex environments)
• Experience with Salesforce platforms, capabilities, reporting and configuration and analytic tools
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Superb project management expertise to lead hands-on as an individual contributor, including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills
• Able to translate and communicate technical CRM capabilities to a non-technical audience, and articulate issues clearly and communication effectively with all levels of the organization
• Data-driven, engaging and personable marketer with proven knowledge of omni/digital marketing channels and best practices
• Team player that works well in collaborative and matrix management situations.
