1. To create and manage partnership that enhance differentiation, deliver the bestcommercial value to Co's and world class service for its Vitality members
2. To deliver shared value to Vitality members & partners, and drive member engagement by driving benefit utilization
3. To maximize commercial value with partners to manage PLPM costs
. Evaluation on current partnership program (10%)
• Review current partners by category
• Use scoring model to determine strength of current partners
• Data analytics to provide insights from current partners

2. Market Research for the better partnership program (10%)
• Understand current trends and customer preferences
• Customer insights on what would yield desired results
• Input to support the annual refresh process

3. Vitality partnership program development (30%)
• Select which partners to target and approach
• Planning the approach strategy and commercial structure
• Make the business proposal to partner (Commercial, CX, Legal, IT) and agreement with partners
• Finalize commercials & legal document, and CX journey
• Launch plan & implementation

4. Ongoing management of Vitality partnership program(40%)
• Ongoing performance reporting & partner dashboard
• Regular partner meetings
• Drive common business objectives actively

5.Governance monitoring and management for related parties/partners on Vitality service operation (10%)
• Vendor Service governance monitoring and management
• Management on partnership contract to meet up internal control standards and procedures

 University graduate or above
 Minimum 5 years of experience in business development
 Partnership business or Marketing in Insurance company experience
 Partnership related operation support experience
 On/offline promotion planning and operation according to issue & season
 Data analysis and report on promotion result
 Business English communication capability
 Fact or hypothesis-based thinking capability
 Creative planning and problem-solving capability
 Skills sets on process improvement / execution and realization/communication on partnership development/negotiation
