- Follow up the store's vacancies, headcounts and interview candidates.
- Check the stores roster and daily plan in the store visit.
- Control hours budget and implement action plans to adjust the productivity and hours to the sales.
- Control Turnover and establish measures to improve employee retention.
- Follow up the Annual leave store plan according to the company’s policy
- Responsible for the store organization and managers structures.
- Organize the performance evaluations on time to all employees on training according to the career development plan on LEAP.
- Ensure the trainer right communication and feedback from the trainee.
- Responsible for the contract, salary documents and special approves issues.
- Control overtime and check the clock in-out, corrections and confirmations report from the finger print
- Ensure to provide the ideal headcount to each store and the right weekly &monthly working hours.
- Ensure the customer service / experience in the store.
Implementation and follow up in store training plans and suggesting new creative ideas to the training and development team.
- Implementation and follow up of corporate projects at a store level
- Follow up the weekly briefing topic plan.
- Making sure briefings help to learn and motivate the staff and suggesting new briefing ideas based in these objectives.
- Responsible for the staff’s uniforms and the uniforms transfers between stores.
- Organize the new openings and closing stores according to the company’s procedure and policy.
경력 및 자격요건
• Ideally 3~5 relevant experiences in Human resources, Training, Sales supervising, or store managing experiences, preferably in retail or fast-paced environments
• 비즈니스 레벨 이상의 영어
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Proactive, independent personality
