[Productivity Improvement]
Using company productivity improvement methodology, drive year over year improvements in operational efficiency. This includes on the floor assessments of DCS operations and the generation of potential improvements. Candidate will analyze financial justification of major operational investment and projects and relentlessly drive programs and initiatives for productivity improvements and labor cost reductions for the company.

[Solutions Design]
Develop small to medium sized DCS solutions for both strategic business development and productivity improvement projects. Define and drive operational best practices. Assist the DC Managers on forming the network of operational leaders from countries who work on best practice validations and the standardization of DCS solutions.

[Staff Training]
Training and development of local resources by designing, developing, and facilitating key training & development programs. Share process improvement programs or operational best practices among the Operational Leadership Council.

- 3PL OE working experience (Including 3PL Operations, Operation Process Innovation Planning & Implementing, Cost Saving, Data Analysis)
- Native level of spoken and written Korean, business fluent in English
- Strong MS office skills(Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

[Preferrable Qualifications]
- Strong ability to understand, communicate with, and effectively interact with people
- Good analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
- Six Sigma Yellow/Green belt certified
- Experience in BI tools(Tableau, Power BI, etc), MS SQL, VBA etc.
