1. Product Marketing/Sample planning & research
Ÿ Develop and revise the product marketing plan to optimize product distribution and to ensure planning accuracy and appropriate inventory levels in alignment with
Ÿ Develop sampling strategy for each product franchise and order samples according to the strategy
Ÿ Develop price strategy in alignment with global guideline and marketing plan
Ÿ Research/monitor market trends and marketing activities of competitors and retailers and utilize it as a key source of product marketing strategies
Ÿ Analyze data for pricing, cost of goods, price increase, line editing project, brand segment category, sales results of the monthly focus products and launch result of major programs
2. Inventory/price management
Ÿ Manage excess inventory status and implement plans to reduce excess inventory levels
Ÿ Prepare cost/retail objectives capturing comparable Brand and competitive pricing.
Ÿ Communicate flawlessly with Inventory planning team in order to prevent out of stock situation
3. Support of marketing program & calendar development
Ÿ Support to develop marketing strategy and program for each product category
Ÿ Support to execute marketing calendar and monthly program
Ÿ Support to develop product concepts based on local customers’ needs
Ÿ Develop Korean copy for advertisements
4. VMD(Visual Merchandising) planning & management
Ÿ Plan and execute VM(Visual Merchandising) program according to marketing program
Ÿ Set up outdoor advertisement plans according to the marketing programs in the department store
Ÿ Control and manage display and printed matter budget
Ÿ Educate Base merchandising skills and maintenance
Ÿ Order collaterals(VM, printed matter) through IMW
경력 및 자격요건
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
4-7 years of Product Management or related experience
Fluent Korean/English in speaking and writing
Passionate about beauty and fashion and eager to find new trend and develop concepts
