• Partner with the management team to identify any development needs to elevate the retail working standards in the market
• Responsible for delivering of allr global training programs in the market in line with the annual plan
• In charge of delivering coaching actions that are tailor-made to the boutique team and specific business needs of retail team in order to improve commercial results and staff productivity both quantitatively and qualitatively
• Conduct on-going coaching and development of retail management team to ensure consistent and effective Brand Experience for sales associates in the market
• Support Client Services Team to deliver a seamless omni-channel customer service experience including all knowledges of the services and products
• Partner with Retail Leaders to develop specialists to drive specific product categories and service
• Partner with HR team to ensure effective onboarding for new starters in the market
• Monitor mystery shopping results and develop action plans including grooming standards
• Partner with central and regional team to ensure that all education programs are appropriately delivered to the market
• Responsible for maintaining product knowledge in consistent manners and effective deliver to all retail staff
• Collect feedback from each training program to find out any development area
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree or relevant professional qualifications in the related discipline
• Minimum 15 year-working experience
• Good knowledge of high0end luxury business and products
• Experience in Retail/Hospitality background are an advantage
• Proven training background and good understanding of learning
• Retail and Business management mindset with strong business acumen
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• A keen interest in the product range
• A big team managing experience
• Self-motivated and positive energy
• Mobility to make frequent business trips
• Fluent in English and Korean
