• Developing, implementing and monitoring financial operating procedures.
• Ensuring tax, statutory and other regulations compliance across all functions are met.
• Management of the Finance function, including management of cash flow, accounts payable and receivable.
• Management of budgeting and forecasting processes including monthly retail stores daily sales planning.
• Management of business plans for new projects and 5 years business plan.
• Management of Company specific and local month end reporting.
• Providing direction, motivation and management of direct and indirect reports to build an engaged and effective team.
• Management of Finance, IT & Logistics work process

• Minimum 15 years experiences in Finance (preferred Retail industry)
• Has strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail
• Has commercial acumen
• Is an excellent communicator with a track record in building and maintaining relationships
• Has advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SAP FI/CO
• Has experience leading a team to deliver the desired business results
• Native Korean and fluent in English
