• Responsible for IT projects and operations in Korea which has 5 entities in Korea with focus on implementation of the IT strategy
• Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals
• Enforce Global and Division IT Policies and Standards to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
• Manage IT demand and stakeholder expectations through a structured decision process with the management
• Analyse the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs and priorities aligned with the business
• Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software
• Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
• Coordinate IT managers, technicians and other professionals to provide guidance
• Partner with the Divisional IT Infrastructure, Security and Applications organizations to deliver projects and services to the Korea businesses

• Experience implementing global hosting & network infrastructure with security policies and standards
• Experience in implementing digital workplace with MS Office cloud applications and supporting end-user computing
• Experience in IT service management using a ticketing system like ServiceNow, Zendesk, Remedy etc.
• ERP experience could be leading platforms like SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics
• Good understanding and experience on IT Service model development
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity, ideally operating in a multi-cultural environment with large scale and complexity.
• Proven leadership experience managing IT in a matrix model.
• Broad experience across Infrastructure, application development, commercial off-the-shelf software, project management, portfolio management, etc.) with deep experience in more than one area.
• Strong academic pedigree in Information Technology related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science related discipline is preferred. Alternatively, a background in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) studies with strong and proven IT technical experience.
• Implementation and support experience for ERP software and ensuring seamless integration with local IT systems
• Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance
• Providing technical support and training to ERP end-users
• Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes
• Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong knowledge of project management principles
• Can-do attitude
• Adhering to company policies and industry regulations
