• Business Developer : 발전소 사전 사업성 검토
- 태양광/풍력 발전소 사업지 발굴, 토지 취득, 인허가검토, 사업성검토 및 소유주와의 협상 전반 수행
- Ensure early stage project pipeline is effectively managed, working closely with broader development team to deliver key project milestones
- Develop new and acquired projects, from screening through to final permit
- Identification and acquisition of potential development projects and sites for wind/solar
- Manage development of greenfield projects: land rights, permits, local consent for wind/solar
- Prioritizing, coordinating, reviewing and tracking development deliverables with external consultants and internal teams
- Developing and maintaining relationships with landowners, and negotiating land rights agreements

• 에너지 분야 경력 최소 7년이상
• 비즈니스 레벨의 영어회화 가능하신 분 우대
• 업무상 국내 출장 빈번

• 해당 업무 경력자 혹은 부동산/ 발전소 부지 확보 관련 업무를 수행하는 분으로 당사가 사업을 추진할 수 있도록 부지를 확보해 줄 수 있는 분과 함께 하고자 합니다- 처우 별도 협의 예정
