• Drive business & brand results with in-season product execution & inventory support in both retail and outlet channels of responsible markets
• Execute global / regional merchandising strategies across both channels in responsible markets
• Perform as the bridge between regional BIMA and local market on all product related matters
• Lead local product team to ensure mobilization of stock within the market to maximize sales results;
• Partner with key cross functional teams (RM/VM/Logistics/RT&D/RO/Marketing/VM) to ensure successful product launch
• Regular review & action on business relating to products
• Provide market feedback on products to regional BIMA team so that market relevant products are well supported;
• Prepare sales report / review to support weekly / monthly / quarterly business review;
• Responsible for defining door profile of each stores based on regional DP strategy to ensure right product is assorted and allocated to the right location
• Build the Open-to-Buy by store and category to support the Retail/ Outlet/ On-line business in Korea, linking targets to channel strategy (Expected FY23/24)

경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 13 years of experience in a Merchandising or Buying capacity in a related business or brand
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean
• Excellent product sensibility
• Team oriented with ability to multi-task
• Ability to take initiative, ownership, and accountability for business
• Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in luxury goods preferred
