1. Retail support
• Support product trainings for yearly novelties for sales staffs and provide monthly in-store training to help BTQ staffs with better understanding of watch metier.
• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed at store level to reflect global strategy defined as well as customers’ needs.
• Communicate with relevant parties regarding novelties – retail team / communication team / POS.
• Ordering PLV based on POS requirements and assist sales staffs to follow company guideline on store operation.
• Supporting the coordination of special events such as store animation, retail events.
2. Communication
• Assisting Brand manager to set Marketing and communication strategy based on given guideline from HQ, sales / market trend, and assist with budget allocation.
• To provide press release to media on timely manner, to ensure good coverage.
• Support with yearly events planned – event operation, set up, press contact, coverage f/u, event construction monitoring, interview with HQ, etc.
• Organize press & commercial watch samples and sponsor watches to media photo shootings
• Gather clipping & scanning the Hermes watch related articles and generate monthly press coverage values
• Translate press related materials, distribute monthly press release and press rental look book
경력 및 자격요건
• Min.3-6 years of working experience in related filed (Training / Communication / Press relation)
• Above Bachelor's degree
• Understanding of retail business
• Self-motivated
• Fluent English skills (Written & Verbal)
• Computer literacy
