⚫ Define and deploy logistics strategy compared to in-house versus 3rd party and work on logistics network design, transportation modes and capabilities
⚫ Validate choices of logistics services providers including warehouse and transportation
⚫ Lead cross functional and regional communication with various stakeholders such as Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, HR to ensure alignment on business priority and consistence
⚫ Coordinate warehouse, transportation, and customs activities
⚫ Define and monitor KPI and objectives, define corrective action plans
⚫ Anticipate and assess the impact of unexpected events on demand and communicated to regional SC team
⚫ Ensure compliance, respect and improvement of Group rules and guidelines
⚫ Identify and improve the overall logistics operations in sustainability aspects
⚫ Share and communicate vision and strategy to his/her teams
⚫ Set challenging and achievable objectives for each team members
⚫ Organize and manage resources (identify potential, mobility to come and jobs rotation opportunities)
⚫ Recruit, animate, motivate, train, and develop teams and potential to guarantee efficiency

⚫ University graduate or above in management or other related disciplines
⚫ Over 10 years of experience in Logistics with multinational companies
⚫ Experience within FMCG or Retail with large number of SKUs with textile and leather goods experience preferred
⚫ Strong project management credentials
⚫ Strong communication skills across functions and levels
⚫ Fluent at English and native Korean
⚫ Able to work on multi-tasks
⚫ Mobility to make business trips
