1.New Business closing with deep understanding for both Gross New Business and Expenses
2.Forecast New Business
3.Annual Strategic Planning for distribution
4.Meeting materials for various meetings such as Exco and Team Leader Meeting
.New Business closing through co-working with Actuarial team for Gross VoNB and with Financial Accounting team for expens
.Understand for both General Operating Expense and Variable Expense
. Forecast VoNB Actively exploring how to achieve KPIs
. Timely report to Team leader and CFO for the financials
. Timely deliver the managerial reports such as Exco meeting materials, Team leader meeting materials, Investment relationship report and etc
. Invovle into the annual strategic planning

Job Requirements
.Minimum 8 years practical insurance experience Actuarial or Finance background is preferred
.Understanding of insurance business and actual management including all the key financials
.Proficient communication skill for both Korean and English
