-Planning and organizing events for both internal and external clients
-Create an experiencial recognition for the members
-Fostering community relations through events supporting the Foundation
-Leading pre- to post-event planning and collaborating with internal departments to ensure that key event elements are approved from legal, branding and messaging perspectives.
-In-depth planning and tracking of budgets across internal teams, ensuring effective, cost-efficient execution of events and evaluation against event KPIs

-Excellent intrapersonal and communication skills
-Strong reporting and problem solving skills
-Strong organizational and coordinating skills
-Experience working directly with company executives and market leaders
-Must be able to maintain positive and can-do attitude under stressful circumstances
-Excellent oral and written communication skills, telephone etiquette and customer service.
-Thrive in a result-driven, deadline-driven environment
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
