1) Field coaching at boutique of staff’s practice based on reality focusing on selling & other soft skills
- After conducting soft skill training (service, clienteling, CS…), field coach has follow-up session by individually or small group to hear participant’s feedback, improvement/challenges. And if need further development, will set action plan for future coaching session.
- Coach to enhance client experience through utilization existing tools, develop new contents and improved knowledge.
- Design coaching courses, coaching material and tools as role-play activities, case studies, gather best practices.
- Inspire team to extend thinking and learn by sharing the best practices.
2) Monitor progress & lead the development
- To company provide suitable development path to team, identify success factor, key development area by staffs and training needs.
- Provides superior guidance, mentoring, coaching and feedback for the Sales Associates to strengthen their overall sales performance
- Support staffs to achieve their KPIs with progress monitoring & providing positive motivation.
- Maintain database of talent development path and conduct one-on-one performance reviews with the Sales Associates.
- Ensures coachings are completed in a fair and timely manner.
3) Assist / Follow up Maison’s key trainings for boutique staffs by the level of knowledge & occasion
- Assist to conduct induction programs for newcomers 2 times a year. In charge of ensure the staffs’ soft-landing in terms of Maison & its creations knowledge 3 months after training.
- Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
- Stay up-to-date with the market trends and demands of a luxury market.
- Collaborates with others to enhance training efficiency & provide better learning & development tools to team.
- General support for training events.
경력 및 자격요건
- In 3-10 yrs work experience as a Field Coach, Trainer or similar role in luxury hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with role-playing activities & giving constructive feedback.
- Behavioural competencies: excellent interpersonal skills, reliable and independent, positive attitude, presentable, team player.
- Additional training certification is a plus
- Language: fluent in English (verbal & written)
