· Work with customers as a key and influential member in the customer business planning team to ensure a continuous delivery of outcomes through ERP solution and delivery team
· Gather account information and understand ERP strategy of assigned accounts
· Develop and drive account strategy
· Consolidate and regularly update account plans
· Analyze and leverage executive and partner influence within the customer’s organization
· Define and plan responsibilities and targets in relationship with the customer and establish trusted advisory relationships with executives across all areas in each account
· Build up and lead account teams
· Monitor Customer Engagement activities of the assigned accounts and review account management practices
· Maintain an accurate and timely pipeline of opportunities
경력 및 자격요건
. 2 years’ sales experience in the software industry.
· Working at the regional/sub regional is a plus.
· Strong negotiation skills
· Sufficient territory planning ability to identify & prioritize opportunities
