• Work in partnership with the Group management team to understand the key
people challenges, objectives and drivers and their implications for how people
issues should be handled.
• Drive the HR agenda, to align projects and activities in the Kearney Korea and Group
business.
• Working closely with business to drive critical hiring and movement, productivity
and performance management as well as employee engagement.
• Drive change and play an important role in the continuous development of the
organization.
• Analyze and use HR data and metrics to derive insightful recommendations for
managerial decision making.
• Set up and develop the appropriate employee and labor relations processes.
• Lead and develop training to managers on labor law

[Required Technical and Professional Expertise]
• At least 6 years experience in HR and experience from working with labor law,
collective agreements and terms of employment in an international
environment/organization.
• Experiences in recruitment, staffing, HR system(PeopleSoft which is optional),
compensation & benefits and general HR operations
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and outstanding communication skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Fluent English skills : written/reading/speaking/listening
