- Manage sales by achieving sales goals with our owned stores.
- Maintain proper store operations in department stores and road shops
- Provide the data to plan accurate and realistic sales forecasts.
- Support trade marketing activities including VM
- Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely manner.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with store managers.
- Plan store headcount and participate hiring process
- Improve store employee’s performance
- Build and maintain close working relationship with buyers of department stores.
- Manage and track retail KPI to drive weekly/monthly given target with action plan.
- Inform stores opening & closing, renewal, special sales events data and detail to other teams.

- 4+ years of sales (owned store, department store, road shop) management experience
- Prefer the experience apparel or footwear or fashion business
- Understand the market, customers and retail trends.
- Have effective communication skills
- Capable English communication skills
