1.Performing the Daily Morning Infra Health check
•All network devices and NAS storage
•UPS, Air conditioner device in computer room
•Daily, Weekly, Monthly backup operation
•Internet phone / public Fax and printer facilities
•Groupware, local and regional share drive
2.Technical user support
•Troubleshoot hardware and software issue based on ticket
•Set up for the new joiner and leaver request
•Install and configure the local and regional application
•Security follow up from Global/Regional team – preventing security incident
•Provides security education service to employee
3.Network / Server Maintenance
•Maintain L3 / L2 Network switches and HUB by monitoring tool
•Maintain Firewall device (Management of In / Out bounding IP address)
•Maintain Wireless AP controller and connection support
•Maintain NAS storage and Disk management
•Contact with regional team to resolve the changes and incidents in timely manner.
4.Others
•Establish and update as required SOP for purchase, security, usages, replacement, and so on for IS relevant applications and hardware

경력 및 자격요건
1. University graduate or above major in IT related
2. 3~7 years solid experience from the IT industry
3. Project implementation skills
4. Infrastructure experiences for diverse sever series, Active Directory, Firewall management, network
5. Basic knowledge of Storage & PC & Backup operation system, Citrix & terminal server services, Network, Security and Expert level of Microsoft Office.
