• Retail daily, monthly operation support
• Retail process improvement and development
• Sales analysis, insight report and development of action plans
• Planning and management of store events, exhibitions
• Support boutique openings and closings
• Support HQ, APAC brand heritage/product training & assist in local retail operation training
• Boutique furniture repairs follow up with agency, quality check, expense mgmt.
• Family sales, staff sales, consignment management

• Degree holder
• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail management
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Attention to detail, well organized, willing to learn and excellence in MS office
• Positive working attitude and willing to learn
• Good communication skills and able to meet deadline
