Performance Analysis:
• Monitoring and tracking the turnover per boutique on a daily basis
• Analysis of Boutique & staff sales performance to propose action plan & objectives
• Analysis daily performance indicators and produce weekly, monthly Dashboards:
- Sales figures, Conversion rate, Best sellers, Individual sales, Traffic, etc
• Ensure boutique report and any other manually tracked data has been submitted in an accurate and in a timely manner.
• Communicate and work closely with the Retail team and Boutique Managers regarding sales activities and any promotional activities.
Retail Operations:
• Ensure that all stores are compliant with operational requirements and in line with group guideline.
• Ordering stock and consumables, including responsibility for communication, ordering and staff uniforms to the retail team.
• Vendor Management: Use of SAP to create purchase orders, invoices, vendor requests and any other back office administration as required.
• Boutique Maintenance: Manage relationships with external service providers in maintenance areas. These include security, cleaning and others. Ensure quality and efficiency of services.
• On-site support of boutique operation as required.
Support Retail Operations Manager:
• Ensure all Boutiques are operation at their maximum level.
• To be involved and assist with the installation & set-up of new Boutiques and on boarding new staffs and any other projects

- Over 3years relevant experience in retail field
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and fluent in English
