• Implement change management initiatives including procedures, policies, and programs which focus on, supply chain best practices, people management, and cultural change to ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance processes are fully implemented the supply chain.
• Review and improve the regional supply chain strategy.
• Managing and exceeding regional supply chain KPIs.
• Oversee and manage Operations ERP Implementation processes with each Business Unit and ensure standard process implementation.
• Analyses inventory of each business to and establish actions plans with each Business Unit to prevent and reduce SLOB inventory
• Provide appropriate support, advice, and coaching to the supply chain teams in managing and optimizing the regional supply chain.
• Optimising supply chain operations and implementing lean warehousing, process, and reporting with a continuous improvement culture.
• Work with the product and sales team and manage Supply & Demand Planning (S&OP) within the region and identify end to end improvement opportunities
• Analyse supply chain data and performance.
• Developing strong strategic supplier relationships and promote strategic supplier development.
• Strategic sourcing, procurement, and management process that will enhance revenue and profit.
• Proactively engage and advise managers and key stakeholders on tactical solutions which meet the current and future supply chain needs.
• Focus and deliver on supply chain efficiency activities to reduce the material costs through key actions
• Identify and execute bankable savings opportunities in direct and indirect material spending.
• Ensure Make vs. Buy strategies are implemented and followed
• Ensure Direct and Indirect Sourcing RFQ’s are
