• Drive merchandising initiatives to maximize sales opportunities with cross functional teams
• Analyze sales and sell-through, and implement strategies and tactics to encourage sales
• Responsible for achieving sales and sell-through rate targets
• Negotiate and cooperate with headquarters on product offer for Newness and Carryover with clear market-specific strategy
• Provide comprehensive merchandising support for stores
• Conduct and support product training and cultivate the retail specialists in charge of the category
• Provide strategic input in Clienteling initiatives related to the category in charge
• Fully understand target clientele and local trends through regular market research, competitor analysis and store visits

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion indusrty especially in RTW category
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Excellent MS-office, especially excel skills
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Positive and proactive attitude
