- Provides high level of problem solving abilities to identify production problems, troubleshoot, and determine root cause analysis. - Leads or coordinates migration, testing, implementation and configuration of complex business systems. - Monitors and analyzes complex systems to help identify and address high-level confidentiality, integrity, availability and performance issues. Implements measures to minimize routine issues
- Participates in projects, as required.
- Collaborate with other IT groups and business partners, as required. Will interact with external vendors.

• Several years experience with relevant technology.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent job related experience
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
