- Provides high level of problem solving abilities to identify production problems, troubleshoot, and determine root cause analysis. - Performs trend analysis and problem review; makes recommendations for improvement and/or prevention. Predicts issues and challenges in functional areas. Troubleshoots and validates complex maintenance issues to provide resolution.
- Leads or coordinates migration, testing, implementation and configuration of complex business systems. - Monitors and analyzes complex systems to help identify and address high-level confidentiality, integrity, availability and performance issues. Implements measures to minimize routine issues
- Participates in projects, as required.
- Collaborate with other IT groups and business partners, as required. Will interact with external vendors.
경력 및 자격요건
• Several years experience with relevant technology.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent job related experience
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong English Language
• Strong Korean Language
• Business travel (mostly Asia, possibly USA)
• Work independently

• Technical proficiency with Cisco and Microsoft
• Hands on Field Service install experience
• Ability to teach technical concepts / translate documentation
