Position Summary

Reporting to managing director, Having extensive brand management skills including P&L responsibility, Consumer marketing and strategic annual planning for the brands. – Prefer Experienced alcohol industry or luxury brand & High end Consumer marketing background
Need to have extensive general management experience including general operations, budgetary and strategic planning, logistics and inventory control and new business starts.




Brand Management and excellent communication skills with sales team
• Manage P&L by achieving volume and profit target. (P&L management by products)
• Set Annual Budget and Brand plan
• Develop and drive initiatives including consumer
• Communicate with Brand partners (forecast, marketing activity and execution global campaigns)
• Lead to develop and execute effective consumer promotion programs
• Manage and monitor all marketing activities for achieving brand plan successfully.
• Communicate and coordinate properly with sales team and head office to get high goal.
• Develop the regional brand marketing plan according to global guidelines and local need

Experience & Education:
• University graduate of business management, marketing or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills:
• Diploma or Degree specialising in Marketing
• Ability to build relationship with regional marketing, sales, marketing, finance and supply chain team.
• Energetic, confident, self-motivated and ability to handle multiple / diverse tasks
• Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• High or mid competency in spoken and written English
