담당업무
1. Retail Operation management
- Main interlocutors for Boutique on general inquiries/requests (Stationery, business card order, delivery request, etc.) - Communicate with boutique, IT and Finance on basic daily operation.
- Collect and check the boutique expense voucher, purchase order handling with Finance (Monthly boutique expense checking, Retail purchase order issuing in the SAP system, Non-PO creation, other Retail expenses handling)
- New boutique staff enrollment in the system, sales code request to IT and collaboration with HR
- Collecting of the BTQ Monthly schedule, check and report the boutique over time working record to retail manager
2. Store Planning
- Support boutique opening, closing and renovation projects in cooperation with Regional Store Planning, Logistics, Finance and external vendors.
- Handling of all the boutique store planning/maintenance issue and follow-up with contracted agency together with VM
3. Retail operation Budget Management
- Manage all the BTQ operation expense with guideline
- Provide all kind of supplies for boutiques such as food and beverage, stationery, uniforms work with local vendor
- Create POs and execute all documents for payment via SAP and non-PO
4. Retail Operation Report Support
- Retail Traffic Report
- Retail Deposit and reconcile report
- Monthly competitor's sales review
경력 및 자격요건
• Good computer skills related MOUS (PPT, Excel, Word)
• English required (English documentation and translations)
• At least 2- 4 years retail experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (experiences in luxury retail preferred).
• Database knowledge
• Positive and open-minded
• Strong caliber in analysis and accurate skills
• Ability to perform complicated analysis like forecasting, regression, and cannibalization.
• Patient and detail-minded, with constant innovation and work dynamic
• Open communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills as it will be the most required skills.
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong team oriented.
