⚫ Suggest digital user experience across mobile and web store focus on target specific customer personas and user stories for Korea market
⚫ Assist local platform management such as Naver Brand Store, NaverPay, Kakao, etc
⚫ Assist local UI/UX and marketing campaign projects
⚫ Share insights and recommendations for driving new growth projects
⚫ Review the site performance including content, internal search and working within team to optimize features for the local market
⚫ Study and share the competitor’s – both in the luxury brand and best-in-class retailers - trend and new tech to develop brand.com
⚫ Monitoring NPS score to listen to customer's voice
⚫ Being a contract point to align processes with Client Services Center team to provide the luxury service to customers
경력 및 자격요건
⚫ Minimum 2 year-experience in e-Commerce site maintenance or Digital marketing with user experience a plus
⚫ Knowledge in user experience and web technologies of Korean eCommerce industry
⚫ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for regular reporting
⚫ Experience with one or more web analytics tool, e.g., Google Analytics, Data studio, Contents Square, Algoria etc.
⚫ Fluent in speaking and writing English
⚫ Collaboratively work with various teams
