담당업무
1. Commercial strategy and productivity of boutiques network
- Total Retail(Retail, TR, E-comm) budgeting & LE on Sales
- Drive Retail Performance/Operations team to ensure commercial action plans will lead to achieve the budget & target KPIs
- Design optimal commission/incentive scheme for boutique teams to motivate, encourage the performance which should be in line with HQ guidance
- Monitor and manage the efficiency and productivity in sales per FTE, sales per sqm with Retail/TR Managers
- Make sure productivity & ROI result in all Retail activities, proper control of S&D with Finance controller
- In coordination with Marketing & Communications teams, support product launches and each main product category performance with comprehensive commercial action plan (training, VM, incentives, Client Development)
- Ensures company’s operations policies, sales terms & conditions are compliant in the boutiques
2. Retail team management
- Ensure direct reports(both retail office and boutiques) are well aligned, make synergy across functions
- Proposes and follows salary and commission scheme for all retail boutique staff in line with MD
- Review and support the team to bring efficiency in the boutique organization and boutique management(proper headcount request, GROOM guideline implementation and so on..)
- Lead boutique HR topics (recruiting, evaluation, retention plan) with Retail/TR Managers, liaise with HR and manages the team under his/her responsibility)
- Review Boutique FTE Analysis with Retail/TR Managers then define high-performers to retain and nurture with relevant training/coaching/HR actions
- Ensures boutique environment & Visual Merchandising are in line with Maison standards
3. Operations
- Make sure Group/Maison guidelines(compliance, financial guideline, Maison policy…) are well understood and put in place across all team members in the networks
