-Provide effective and quality support to the day to day operations of Separate Account team.
-Provide Separate Account related reports to the internal and external stakeholders by accurate/on-time Separate Account-finance data handling
>Separate Account accounting (40%)
Home & local closing (Monthly, quarterly and Yearly)
-basic statistics/ NAV calculation of each funds (Policy holders/seed)
-Prepare SA accounts and returns
Payable & raceiable / accumulated money.
Tax affairs report of SA corporation tax & educational tax SA cost-benefit analysis
Ad-hoc SA financial report
SA financial data & agency report
-Compiling/submission of FSS business report, management information and ad-hoc report
-Inventory SA financial & report data in compliance with regulation & company policies
-Compiling of basic data and deliver it to Product team.
>SA Administration support (30%)
Operating monitoring of Trustee and AMC
-Daily unit price & unit amount check, Co-ordinate operational maintenance & update of Trustee and AMC, Monitors operation process of
Trustee and AMC – Accuracy & on-time performance
-Lead operational efficiency improvement by finding out supplements and developing new method collaborating with internals & trustee.
Disclose SA events & report in compliance with regulation
-Homepage : Fund audit report / Report on Safe keeping & Mgmt of Asset Fund Mgmt. report and ad hoc disclosure/ affiliate status
- : Daily & monthly unit price & changed fee info. upload
>Lead/Support framework and follow-up (20%)
Lead operating process check & correction in consultation between Group standard and Local regulation Support by providing fund/market report & reference
>Support to the Internal control system (10%)
Prepare Separate Account audit (home & local)
Prepare Fund audit (subject check & process co-ordination) Prepare test and record/inventory material
경력 및 자격요건
Job Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above
-Previous experience in insurance market more than 10 years Good understanding on finance and accounting.
-Good understanding on regulation environment (both of insurance & capital market)
-Good Communication skill for solution making by collaboration
-Good English communication (writing & speaking)
