1. Marcomm Strategy Planning and Execution
▪ Support marcomm manager in creating the localization of global marketing, market objectives and priorities into the seasonal MarComms calendar/plan for all consumer touchpoints.
▪ Drive key deliverables that create distinction and enhance the brand’s reputation in partnership with the cross-functional teams.
▪ Provide strategic media buying on the role of consumer journeys and optimizing stories across the advertising ecosystem.
▪ Create unique experiences and build new storytelling contents that help brand reach new consumers, expanding brand awareness.
▪ Leverage expertise to influence strategic messaging, positioning, brand building and issues management.
2. PR & Media Relations Management
▪ Work closely with agency to draft and disseminate press release for maximum media coverage.
▪ Closely monitor media coverage and take pro-active action to maintain favourable brand image, identify issues related to the brand and anticipate crisis.
▪ Manage brand ambassadors
3. Entertainment Influencer Marketing (EIM)
▪ Develop a plan to locally implement the Entertainment and Influencer Marketing (EIM) strategy ensuring a strong brand-relevant local trendsetters and influencers portfolio
▪ Manage celebrity seeding and TV program product placement to ensure the right products are being communicated at the right time and place.
4. e-Commerce Content Support
▪ Apply appropriate and effective communication contents thru the e-Com campaign calendar.
▪ Form, manage and monitor multi-functional MarComms resources (internals and externals – e.g., promotion page, eDM, photography shoot for Korea’s exclusive products, advertising creative and NAVER brand search etc.) to deliver and support e-Com campaign.
경력 및 자격요건
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 3~10 years of professional experience in multi-national business environment
3. Knowledgeable in Marketing / Product Development
4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
5. Fluent in English both verbally and written
