1. Compensation and Benefit (60%)
- Monthly Payroll data prepare and manage whole process.
- Coordinate, update system, proceed payment for employee benefit programs
: Medical check-up, Group insurance, Benefit Point, Employee Purchase & Card preparation.
- Severance pension payment
- Year-end tax settlement
- Social charge update
- Managing for C&C
2. HR Data management & HR IS (15%)
- Maintenance of HR data align with employee cycle as hardcopy and workday.
- Shiftee system management monitoring on leaves:
Annual leave, Maternity & Childcare leave, etc
3. Talent Acquisition (15%)
- Advertisement update on job board & recruiting vendors for store staff
- Resume screening interview arrangement for store staff
- Follow up contract, probationary review new joiners
- Manage process of joining & resignation
- Upkeep recruiting related documents and information.
- Managing internal referral programs.
4. Employee relation and HR projects follow up (10%)
- Ensure compliance with local labor law and regulations
- Provide HR advisory to the office & store
- Support Employee event.
- Ad-hoc tasks
경력 및 자격요건
- 5 years or less relevenat experience
- Bachelor degree holder
- Strong interpersonal communication ability, and collaboration with other teams
- Highly be aware of confidentiality
- Strong MS Excel and Word skills
- HRIS Workday user preference
- Fluent in English (Written and verbal)
- Detail oriented and well organized and accurate
- Approachable attitude, listening skills
- Understand retail business and environment
