Deploy Learning Path for Retail team
- Regular meeting and functional reporting with Regional Training team for Retail training strategy and budgeting for retail staff
- Identify and analyze learning and coaching needs for the individual and collective needs for the boutique; target for WW MS service excellence 100% ambassador rate
- Recommend action plans and coaching plans; create and maintain personalized learning plans for boutique staff and HJ ambassadors
- Attend monthly APAC IST meetings and facilitate in-boutique training, learning solutions (including digital ones) and field coaching, and application of learning.
- Plan and track coaching conversations with boutique staff to help them in their work and in meeting performance and service objectives.
- Implement in-boutique learning sessions on product, service, strategy, social media platform and API usage
- Drive digital learning via Enlight to achieve 100% connection and completion rate, and New Sign 'Brand' seamless client-centric experience in boutique
- Engage in floor coaching to ensure retention and application of learning
- Engage in regular coaching conversations with boutique staff to assist in their learning journeys
Onboarding Planning for New Hires
- Put together customized on boarding experience for new hires and deploy accordingly
- Coach new hires in product knowledge, selling skills and client service using blended learning approaches
- Equip on boarding buddy to support new hires
- Monitor and track progress of integration for new hires
Measuring Effectiveness on KPI
- Track learning and coaching effectiveness by setting appropriate KPIs.
- Observe frontline learners at work (using specific pre-designed checklists) and share observations and feedback regarding staff performance, as well as client insights
- Proactively bringing people/client intelligence/pulse of the retail teams to retail and business GMs
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree holder /Diploma
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail or retail management area with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong passion for people development and client service excellence
• Strong presentation and communication skill
• Organized and work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent leadership, sales & luxury skills with proven track record
• Excellent interpersonal skills
