• Work with the General Manager and HQ/regional training team to create a local training plan that supports the global strategy and ensures that the highest levels of client service are delivered within each store.
• Deliver “Brand way” of training program for all new employees ensuring they understand the company culture, mansion DNA, service standards and product details.
• Work with the HQ/regional training manager to design and deliver all global training programs and processes as relevant.
• Develop on the job coaching for retail teams and store managers to ensure that all training delivered is embedded into the daily practice within stores.
• Work with the HQ/regional training manager to develop and implement employee communication tools – including any e-learning, regular newsletters and any other training tools
• Work with the local merchandizer to ensure that all retail teams are fully trained on all products.
• With the general manager, identify training needs for each store, for each staff levels and design relevant processes and training activities to enhance the retail performance.
• Plan, manage and track mystery shopper results, identify local themes and design accordingly, implement on-job and off-job training as necessary to strengthen performance.
• Encourage the sharing of best practice within the country by working with the Boutique managers to identify and coordinate opportunities for retail team and managers to have cross-store experiences.
• Optimize costs by managing training budget.
• Maintain strong levels of knowledge of competitor training and retail/consumer trends
• Periodically market visit to closely monitor retail performance in training perspective

• Degree holder
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in training or L&D area with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong passion for people development and client service excellence
• Strong presentation and communication skill
