• CRM
- In line with the brand’s strategy, define local CRM strategy and actions aligned with annual business plan
- Work together with retail and directly with the boutiques to develop strategies and actions to acquire, upgrade, retain, reactivate clients by developing operational actions.
- Develop client communication plan & drive visit to the boutiques
- Develop in-store animation calendar & activities aligning with marketing calendar
• CLIENT DATA MANAGEMENT
- Manage, implement data capture system into the stores and train the staffs for its usage
- Promote & monitor data capture, data usage, CRM KPIs and develop improvement plans
- Perform client segmentation & create various client lists
- Conduct CRM data analysis with insights sharing
- Support all data enhancement projects
- Closely monitor and follow the local PIM regulations for proper data management
• CLIENT EXPERIENCE & TREATMENT
- Develop clienteling programs
- Define gifting strategy and client treatment plan based on client segmentation and adapting the HQ programs
- Plan, manage and execute VIC events
• STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP
- Explore new strategic partners
- Collaborate with partners to acquire new VIPs to expand HJ client pool
- Develop events & joint promotion campaigns with partners to recruit new clients
경력 및 자격요건
• Degree holder
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM related position with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Pragmatic and result oriented
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills
• Mature, stable and presentable
• Good business sense and strategic thinking and high integrity
• Excellent leadership, sales & luxury skills with proven track record
• Excellent interpersonal skills
