1. Be the in-market category owner; responsible for end-to end product management, developing and executing category plan for Environmental Control category
2. Continuously seek to unlock commercial potential to meet category annual ambition and volume target; developing the ideas and tactics with collaboration of trade marketing and sales teams to reach the best possible commercial outcomes.
3. Develop go-to-market strategies to ensure channel execution being aligned with category direction
4. Collaborate with cross-functions (retail sales, E-commerce, trade marketing, Owner Experience, retail marketing) to deliver category agenda with providing the right consumer experience.
5. Develop and execute marketing/communication plan for new product launch. Ensure timely execution of launch activities, working with group commercial (global) and cross-functions.
6. Contribute to translate the Group commercial product/category strategy into local strategy; clarifying the approach to maximize own market’s opportunity within the context of global plans.
7. Own the analyzing of market data, consumer and shopper insights to establish new opportunities across the category.
8. Be the category lead for creating all consumer facing contents; paid media, retail assets, .com and 3rd party retailer assets. Collaborate with internal creative team, global team, media team, retail marketing team and 3rd party agencies.
5. Fulfil other duties as required

- At least 6-8 years product marketing or brand management experience required; some of which must be with a strong consumer brand
- Strong commercial acumen to understand P&L impact and deliver against category goals
- Experience in developing and conducting marketing plan
- Hands-on experience in planning marketing campaign as a brief owner
- Broad thinker with strong analytical skills; ability to use market analysis to identify high potential opportunities
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Fluent in English.
