1. CRM Data Management
- Provide weekly & Monthly CRM data capture rate with store & all functions.
- Closely monitoring & Analyze the customer data base to expand new VIP pool & in crease customer engagement.
2. CRM Campaign Management
- Plan & Manage CRM KAKAO TALK/ MMS Campaign in collaboration with HQ CRM, ECOM, MKT team.
- Deliver Campaign and provide the insightful feedback to improve the campaign results.
3. CRM System Deployment & Training
- Lead new CRM system implementation and manage the system adaptation via in-s tore training on a regular basis.
- Closely work with HQ CRM team to make sure that the system is working properly an d report the issue.
- Manage new SFMC system in 1H with HQ CRM & CRM vendors.
4. Develop Loyalty & Gifting Program
- Launch New Birthday Program Launch to enhance customer experience & loyalty.
- Manage & Plan gift program / local production and distribution for retail, marketing, eCommerce.
- Consolidate the feedback & results from each Store to improve the gifting program throughout the year.
5. In-store Activation
- Implement global events and activities for local markets (e.g. 20th anniversary / new collection launch activities)
- Develop new customer program to drive traffic & increase brand awareness and customer engagement in collaboration with other brands.
경력 및 자격요건
- Over 5 years of experience in CRM (ideally in fashion retail industry)
- Proficiency both in English and Korean
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively across complex environments, internally and at the client
- Ability to be multitasking in a fast-paced environment
